Can y’all please pay more attention to Ant-Man and the Wasp?! It isn’t trending as much as other Marvel projects and I’m so disappointed! Just because Infinity War is so recent doesn’t mean this should go unnoticed! It’ll be like a breath of fresh air! It’s Marvel’s first female character in a titular role (which I know is co-starring but the film is still named after her) as well as the MCU’s second female villain (played by a woman of colour, I might add) as well as recurring cast and characters that we all love as well as introducing Laurence Fishburne and Michelle Pfeiffer into the MCU! Don’t let this go unnoticed, it deserves more attention that you are all giving it!

to the legends who don’t know: shortly after cap2 came out it was announced that the sequel was gonna be called “serpent society” and its plot was gonna be consistent with the events of the winter soldier (and you know..like an actual fucking captain america movie) bc the serpent society were a group of villains specific to the cap comics and also snake themes (a la hydr*) , etc
BUT then dc announced Batman vs Superman and Kevin Feige was like “actually we were joking lol We’re doing civil war for captain america 3 and the serpent society announcement was just to throw people off” like HELLO????? in WHAT world does it make sense for civil war to be a Captain America movie!!!! And when have they put Fake names in Official press releases??? if they don’t wanna reveal a name they always put “untitled Captain America movie” or something!!! but Anyways he can Choke
literally anyone with 2 braincells who watched the winter soldier can see that it doesn’t fucking make sense for civil war to be its sequel. you don’t even have to be aware of the serpent society announcement. it just doesn’t ADD UP!!!!!!! and i don’t even care if they wrote one fucking line of script for serpent society before they got rid of it, bc it existed and fuck them for scrapping it for the absolute mess that was avengers: iron man: civil war!!!!
The Avengers series ends with a fade to black and then the sound of paper rustling. We see a marbled notebook covered in hello kitty stickers. On the front, it reads DP’S SICK AVENGERS FIC VOL 5.
Deadpool is reading dramatically from it, reciting the events of the last few minutes, including bad sound effects. He closes the notebook and raises his mask eyebrows expectantly.
Across from him sits Tony Stark. Behind him we can see the wreckage from the battle of New York from the first Avengers. He looks blankly stunned until he starts blinking a lot.
“Yeah,” Tony says slowly, “no, you definitely can’t be an Avenger.”
Deadpool deflates, disappointed, but not for long. He perks up. “While I have you here, let me run this coffee shop au by you real fast-“
I’m already disappointed by however Marvel will crossover with Deadpool, because I know it won’t be as good as this
