Draco Malfoy was standing with his back to the door, his hands clutching either side of the sink, his white-blond head bowed.

“Don’t,” crooned Moaning Myrtle’s voice from one of the cubicles. “Don’t… tell me what’s wrong … I can help you…”

“No one can help me,” said Malfoy. His whole body was shaking. “I can’t do it… I can’t… It won’t work… and unless I do it soon … he says he’ll kill me…”

And Harry realized, with a shock so huge it seemed to root him to the spot, that Malfoy was crying–actually crying–tears streaming down his pale face into the grimy basin.

Is it me or are these Ronald McDonald House pics some of the best pics of Seb ever? He looks so happy, completely full of joy, and care free. I love this soft look he’s been rocking lately too. All versions of Him are great, but this soft one may be my favorite. ❤️

bluesteelstan:

I 100% agree, he really does look very soft and lovely, he’s glowing with happiness :’) Maybe his carefree look is also because the children probably didn’t get too starstruck with Sebastian Stan the actor, but rather just genuinely enjoyed spending time playing and carving pumpkins and blowing bubbles with goofy big kid Seb ♥️ remember this video from his first visit back in the NY branch back in May?

“I was honestly very overwhelmed… it was a really special experience. I just feel like I should be doing this every other week. The feeling that I have is one of tremendous gratitude.”

It’s so lovely that Sebastian really connected with the children and the RMH charity, and that everyone involved seemed to have such a great time. Happy looks good on them ♥️

This is very important if you’re ever in a situation similar this pretend that you’re dead don’t scream and @#!*%

my dad told us this if someone shoots up our school

SUPER IMPORTANT

BEST TIP

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS

not even a joke we learned this in Police Explorers and put it on your clothing as well but go quickly because you don’t know where the person is.

This is what school children in America are taught.
That is so wrong on so many fucking levels and there are still people who believe gun control in any form is a bad thing.

let me reiterate
SCHOOL CHILDREN IN A SUPPOSEDLY FIRST WORLD COUNTRY ARE TAUGHT THE SAME THINGS AS PEOPLE IN ACTIVE WAR ZONES BECAUSE THE THREAT OF BEING KILLED IN A SHOOTING IS SO HIGH.

the bit in caps here is making me rethink my stance on gun control

shit

I’m reblogging this because as my follower count goes up, the odds of this saving a life do too.

My elementary school had drills telling us what to do in such an emergency. This is exactly what they told us. AND NOW FOR A FACT: IN CALIFORNIA YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER A SHOTGUN!

REBLOGGING FOR TAGS: #and Steve is never really surprised by how shitty people can be#just disappointed#very disappointed#Captain America is very disappointed

*THOSE TAGS*

*now has many thinky thoughts about Steve Rogers and Night Watch and Young Sam Vimes*

The third gif is what keeps getting me.

He sees all these people getting on preparing to attack him, and they are all the faces of men he has worked with over the last few weeks and months, maybe years.  Men he’s trusted.  Lives he’s saved.  Comrades in arms.  His team, as much as he’s had one.

That is the look of bleakness, as someone else gets on and Steve thinks, “You?  I liked you.  I thought you were better than this.  Oh god, don’t make me do this.”

(Sometimes the person that you’d take a bullet for is behind the trigger)

But these aren’t people he’ll lie down for.  This is a fight he’ll pick his shield up after.  There’s nobody in this elevator he loves enough.

This whole scene is a masterpiece of subtle acting and one I don’t think Chris Evans gets nearly enough credit for. I mean, you can see the moment the penny drops and it’s minutes before everyone in that elevator thought it would. (I get the feeling he gets underestimated a lot at SHIELD—he’s big, he’s blond, he’s the man out of time, what can he know?) But that mind never stops working and the minute the penny drops, he knows what he’ll have to do to survive.

But like why is there still this concept that males don’t like cute mushy romantic shit and being emotionally taken care of? Just the other day I was cuddling with my boyfriend and after admiring him for awhile I told him, “Your eyes are so beautiful, they look like mini oceans” and I swear to god I heard him squeak in embarrassment and saw his cheeks actually begin to blush. Sometimes he likes being the little spoon and although I’m half his size I’m always happy to play jet pack. If he’s having a bad day he knows he can lay his head on my shoulder and just bawl his eyes out and I won’t think any less of him. Guys have emotional needs and want to feel loved and taken care of too yanno.

Boys deserve emotional reassurance just like anybody. They deserve compliments and cuteness, too.
