Interviewer, visibly relieved: I couldn’t agree more. Would you care to elaborate on why exactly that is?
Steve: I know that it’s been a while since my time, but I’m a little surprised we’ve strayed so far from our values that I need to explain myself.
Interviewer: Oh, certainly not.
Steve: Good. Are we done here, then? I promised my husband I’d be back in time for dinner tonight.
