Morrison might contest against Dutton and Turnbull could sit out on a leadership challenge. He also might quit his seat, causing a by-election. The Liberals have a 1 seat majority so might lose their majority, or just go straight into a general election. If they survive Dutton might be found ineligible due to Section 44.
